Cacapon Rentals is the offspring of Maria's Garden & Inn. After several years of successful Rentals business, the Perry family purchased a small motel near the entrance of the Cacapon State Park. The Perry's were inspired to make this move from the many golfers who came to Cacapon Resort State Park to golf the Robert Trent Jones designed course. After 18 holes of golf and the "after 18" hungries, golfers just seem to navigate to Maria's Garden for some of Peg's wonderful homemade pasta.We are only 10 Minutes from Berkeley Springs with all the shops, Spa's and Berkeley Springs State Park.

Since 1989 the Perry family have been serving the hospitality needs of golfers, families, and couples. While Cacapon Rentals is not a restored mansion high on a mountain top, it is the cleanliness and hospitality that make it what it is.

Since 9/09, Ed Dreano and his wife Mary have now taken over as the new management team. Ed has said that working with Curtis Perry has been a great pleasure.
