All the rooms at Maria’s are individually named and have their own unique amenities. Please check at the time of your reservation what room you will be in. Some rooms do not have a television to offer a respite from the
world.
We require a 2 night minimum on weekends from 5/11 through 11/1.
Advance reservations must by secured via credit card or prepaid by check. Maria’s Garden has a 2 Day
cancellation policy. Certain holidays and during the Apple Butter Festival we require a 3 night minimum. We must add that we do rent rooms without the minimum nights when we are not full.
