Welcome To Marias

This is the view of both of the houses that the Perry family has converted into a fine dining American-Italian Restaurant and one of the areas first Bed & Breakfasts. Both houses were built in the 1929 era and have been totally remodeled while allowing the ambiance of that time to remain. Maria’s Garden is with in walking distance to the Castle, Berkeley Springs State Park with the Roman Baths, and all the downtown area shops

This house is the first house the Perry’s purchased in November of 1982. The upstairs of this house has 4 individual bedrooms with 2 baths that are shared. The Loft is a converted attic with window seat and a lower sitting room. The Blue and Green rooms have hardwood floors with little canopies over the beds. The Rose room is a converted porch complete with an interior brick wall and a small second story deck. The first floor Suite is handicap accessible and has two bedrooms, small dining area with a microwave and refrigerator, and a private bathroom.

This is the second house the Perry family purchased which has be incorporated into the B&B. This house has its rooms named after Bill and Alesa’s children. Aaron and Laura’s rooms have 1-four poster double bed each with a private shower. Stephen’s room has two twin beds with its own bathroom with the clawfoot tub across the hall. Louisa’s room is a converted attic with a private bathroom. It has a lower sitting room and large quarters upstairs with sleeping capacity of up to 5 adults.
