How Often Do We Stop And Think

How often do we stop and think
Of God all through our day.

We rise each morn, and rush ahead
And later think to pray.

We dress ourselves and comb our hair 
And take a mirrored look

Then suddenly our eyes attract
That all important book

It tells us how we need your words
Oh Lord to dwell with you

The food that�s needed in our hearts
To teach us what is true

This world is moving at a pace
We have to race to stand

But only Jesus is our bridge
So reach to take His hand.
